Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, and must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
No returns will be accepted for items used or altered.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

6. Liability
